# EcoCool Solution

> Our EcoCool Solution is engineered to safeguard wine shipments by minimizing heat exposure and maintaining bottle integrity throughout transit. It is not a refrigeration system, and thawed ice packs upon delivery are possible. Success is defined by the quality of your wine on arrival. When bottles arrive in excellent condition without heat-related impact, the system has done its job. If anything looks out of the ordinary, such as cork movement, leakage, or packaging damage, please reach out to our team for support.

### How To Add EcoCoolPacks To An Order:

**<u>SKU to Order</u>**

Configure **ECOCOOLPACK** as your coolpack SKU across all systems that support your order flow (eCommerce, Compliance, Fulfillment).

**<u>Weather Hold Dunnage Assignment</u>**

You can use our Weather Hold feature to hold orders by state and add **ECOCOOLPACK** bricks by state.  When configuring your Weather Hold, you can choose to have the order pass through, add the **ECOCOOLPACK** SKU, and continue releasing to the warehouse to ship right away, or configure it to add the **ECOCOOLPACK** and hold the state's orders until you determine they are clear to release.

### More Information:

* EcoCoolPacks are not compatible with multiple large-format bottles or gift sets (GSETS) at this time.  We are currently working to provide a solution for gift boxes.
* Please provide advance notice when submitting more than **50 EcoCoolPack** orders
* We recommend using a **2-Day** carrier service when the customer cannot be reached in 48 hours via Ground Service
