# Shipments

> How to search for and manage shipments in the WineDirect Fulfillment portal

This article will explore the Shipments page and inform you how to search for one or a group of shipments depending on specific attributes.

## Search Options

You have 3 ways to search for specific shipments:

* **By Tracking Number**
* **Customer Order #**
* **WD Order #**
* **Shipment/Container #**

You can also search for all the shipments on the account, by delivery status, or within a custom date range or one of the five preset date ranges now available to you in the search fields.

## Viewing and Exporting Results

After searching for a specific list, you will be able to:

* **Export that list to an Excel file**
* **View each order** by selecting the order number or the WD order number
