# Greeting Cards
> Personalized greeting card options and setup instructions for gift orders
**Important for Ecommerce Clients Using Product Sync**
**Product Sync currently does not sync Greeting Card SKUs to Fulfillment in the correct format.** Before syncing these SKUs, please work with your Account Coordinator or Account Manager to configure them directly in your Fulfillment account.
## Greeting Card Options
WineDirect Fulfillment offers personalized greeting cards to enhance your customers' gift orders. When a shopper selects a greeting card SKU on your website and enters a personal message in the gift message field, WineDirect Fulfillment prints the message on the card and includes it in the shipment.
## How it works:
1. Select a greeting card from the options below or provide your own branded card.
2. If you provide your branded card, please send a sample for testing.
3. Submit a [Non-Wine SKU Setup Form](https://cdn.document360.io/7485bb4a-23de-4afb-8cc6-1aefa93abbfa/Images/Documentation/WD_Accessory,%20Food,%20Greeting%20Card,%20Insert,%20Packaging_Setup%20Form_V2.xlsx) to [csoperations@winedirectfulfillment.com](mailto:csoperations@winedirect.com) for the greeting card SKU.
4. When a customer adds a greeting card and gift message at checkout, the associated SKU must be included in the order sent to Fulfillment.
5. Gift messages submitted *without* a greeting card SKU will be printed on the packing slip by default.
6. **\$2.75** personalized greeting card message print (per order).
## Specifications and Requirements:
* Default font: **Lucida Handwriting, size 12**
* Character limit: **2,000 characters,** including spaces
* Layout options: **Landscape** or **Portrait**
### Custom Card Stock Recommendations:
**Cardstock thickness:** 0.013 inches (13 pt)
**Postcard (WineDirect Fulfillment Standard):**
* 13 pt recycled matte cover
* Size: **7" x 5"**
* **No envelopes**
**Foldable Cards:**
* 13 pt recycled matte cover
* Size: **7" x 10"** (folds to **7" x 5"**)
