# New Features

Implemented new and improved Claims processing tools:

* Added Client ability to submit a Claim request directly from the Shipment record in the Portal (email not necessary)
* Added specialized workflow and field set added to the Claim case record in Salesforce to boost support efficiency

# Improvements to Existing Features

* Updated the Back Order Report to allow multiple Accounts to be searched at the same time
* Updated Bulk Order Update to search by Requested Ship Date
* Reinstituted previous Portal 2 functionality to add Requested Ship Date when missing, or if sent for a past date

# Bug Fixes

* Shipment updates from API gateway now include the Out For Delivery UPS event (RedChirp fix)
* Removed the ability to execute redirect/recall actions for shipments that are not eligible (e.g. "Delivered")
* Fix for missing timestamps on Reroute Dashboard
* Fix for ReShip order reference naming behavior
* Fixed WMS weight calculation between DIM vs. actual/physical
* Various technical changes to optimize processes between WMS/Billing Engine/Salesforce
