### New

#### Bonded Transfer Management in the Portal

A new Portal interface for creating and managing Bonded Inventory [IN](https://docs.winedirectfulfillment.com/documentation/products/transfers-physical-inventory-movement/create-in-request) and [OUT](https://docs.winedirectfulfillment.com/documentation/products/transfers-physical-inventory-movement/create-out-request) requests, replacing the previous manual process and supporting expanded bonded reporting. Delivered alongside it:

* Vendor site selection is now required on bonded requests and restricted to bond-compliant sites, replacing the previous freeform source and destination bond fields.
* Item Case Quantity has been added to Inventory IN, OUT, and Transfer records.
* The Bill of Lading format now carries additional item attributes.
* [Pickup and Delivery Site](https://docs.winedirectfulfillment.com/documentation/administration/pickup-delivery-locations) configuration now validates required fields on entry.

#### Notification Template Assignments v2 — *Limited Release*

Shipment notification templates can now be assigned per carrier, so a single event can use different messaging depending on which carrier handles the shipment. [Template cloning](https://docs.winedirectfulfillment.com/clone) has been expanded to let you select which events to copy, and a new DTC first-scan template is available.

* **Portal**: Arrive55 orders now support delivery event tracking for more accurate delivery status.
* **Portal**: Resolved an issue where gift set and pick-to-order component SKUs could duplicate onto their own line items when copying or [merging](https://docs.winedirectfulfillment.com/documentation/orders/order-merge) an order.
* **Portal**: Resolved an issue where next-nearest warehouse routing did not apply correctly to orders containing pick-to-order SKUs.
* **Portal**: Resolved a date offset issue affecting displayed dates.
* **Portal**: Resolved an issue where some [returned orders](https://docs.winedirectfulfillment.com/documentation/orders/returns) did not reflect Returned status.
* **Portal**: Resolved an issue with processing status on partially received Inventory IN requests.
* **C7**: Resolved an issue that could create duplicate orders.
* **C7**: Resolved an inventory location error in the integration.
