• Updated the process to lookup INs/OUTs to ensure both customer reference # and WD # return results in the rare cases where the IDs match.
• Added processing steps to prevent INs from being submitted before the entire set of uploaded SKUs (line items) is finished loading.
• Technical change applied to the IN/OUT processes to eliminate billing errors due to duplicate requests.
• Technical change applied to IN/OUT processing to ensure records can move to Closed when the same SKU shows on multiple lines.
