Implemented new and improved Claims processing tools:- Added Client ability to submit a Claim request directly from the Shipment record in the Portal (email not necessary)
- Added specialized workflow and field set added to the Claim case record in Salesforce to boost support efficiency
Improvements to Existing Features
- Updated the Back Order Report to allow multiple Accounts to be searched at the same time
- Updated Bulk Order Update to search by Requested Ship Date
- Reinstituted previous Portal 2 functionality to add Requested Ship Date when missing, or if sent for a past date
Bug Fixes
- Shipment updates from API gateway now include the Out For Delivery UPS event (RedChirp fix)
- Removed the ability to execute redirect/recall actions for shipments that are not eligible (e.g. “Delivered”)
- Fix for missing timestamps on Reroute Dashboard
- Fix for ReShip order reference naming behavior
- Fixed WMS weight calculation between DIM vs. actual/physical
- Various technical changes to optimize processes between WMS/Billing Engine/Salesforce
