Improvements to Existing Features

  • Created a new GLS label to meet new requirements.
  • Improved order edit workflow by preventing updates that remove all SKU quantities (eliminates resulting stuck orders).
  • Improved error handling for WillCall order closing processes.
  • Improved the accuracy of the consumer volume limit check in the order validation workflow.
  • Optimized Billing Engine processes to improve efficiency under heavier record loads.
  • Updated technical processes that build automated validations for new releases.
  • Updated all action buttons in Portal windows to use the same layout/style (improving navigation consistency).

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue preventing the WD TRAN-IN #‘s from returning records in the Inter-Center Transfer search page.
  • Fixed an issue where phone numbers were failing to update on some orders when edited.
  • Fixed an issue to ensure customer order numbers prefixed with ”#” are returned in Portal and REST API order detail lookups.
  • Fixed an issue causing the “Ship To” name to fail to update when editing an address.
