Configuring your Weather Holds:
In Configure Weather Holds, first you will need to select your account and then you can filter by the fulfilled from location:
Creating Weather Holds
Selecting Create Weather Hold will bring up a pop-up window where you can determine which location orders are being fulfilled from, the state that will be affected, the hold start date, and the hold end date of a new weather hold. Important: Placing an End Hold date will automatically release all orders destined to that state upon the selected date. Due to infrequencies with weather prediction, it is highly advised that the End Hold date is intentionally left blank so that the orders can be fully monitored and released manually upon confirmation that the weather is appropriate for shipping.Editing Weather Holds
Selecting to edit the weather hold will create a popup window that will allow you to change the month date and year of the selected weather hold.
UPDATE!
Add a COOLPACK under Dunnage Type:
You now have the ability to add a COOLPACK to a specific state in which you are configuring to hold. With the new Advanced Weather Hold, you can hold orders with a COOLPACK, or add a COOLPACK to states but not hold orders. Repeat this configuration for every state that is elected to be placed on a Weather Hold.
Releasing Weather Holds:
If there are any orders that are being held because of one of the configured weather holds, you will be able to search the Release Orders on weather hold by the account name, the fulfilled-from location, or the state the order is to be shipped to:
