Temperature-Controlled Summer Shipping Launches May 1!

To protect your wine from extreme temperatures without the expense of air shipping, you can leverage our refrigerated linehaul services to facilitate shipments to the Midwest, East Coast, and Southern States. New this year, you pick your preferred common carrier (UPS or FedEx), and we map the route based on the destination state. Your shipments will depart our temperature-controlled warehouses, travel middle mile on our refrigerated temperature-controlled trucks, and arrive at our destination hubs for ice insertion (if requested) before being passed to the carrier for shorter times in transit. Weight-based fulfillment rates are calculated using the origin facility.
$2.50 surcharge per UPS or FedEx package applies. NOTE: Please use carrier code CST8 for UPS and CST9 for FedEx. Orders without these codes will NOT be loaded onto the temperature-controlled truck. Bi-Coastal Clients! You can now take advantage of temp control with your warehouse split. Submit temp control orders, and we’ll pick and pack from your West Coast warehouse and GLW, saving you time and costs with two points of origin.
