  • EcoCoolPacks are not compatible with more than one large format bottle or gift sets (GSETS)
  • Please provide advance notice when submitting more than 50 EcoCoolPack orders
  • We recommend using a 2-Day carrier service when the customer cannot be reached in 48 hours via Ground Service

Weather Hold Dunnage Assignment

You can utilize our Weather Hold feature to hold orders by state, as well as to add ecocoolpack by state. When configuring your Weather Hold, you can choose to have the order pass through, adding the ecocoolpack SKU and continuing to release it to the warehouse to ship immediately, or you can configure it to add the ecocoolpack and hold the state’s orders until you determine they are clear to release.
