Leverage the Available for Pickup email notification to give your recipients the most timely carrier information. The carrier scan that triggers this notification supports Hold-At-Location and Access Point deliveries for both UPS and FedEx. Follow the instructions below to set up and assign your template.
  1. Expand ‘Templates’ in sidebar menu:

  1. Click “Add Template” to select the default Available for Pickup from the dropdown list, or create your own! Name your template.
  2. You can begin building or editing the template using the available fields and layout options. Here is an example of a composed email template:\

Pickup Address Merge Tag!

By inserting the Pickup_Address merge tag from the Merge Tag library, any recently rerouted or updated address will auto-populate here, showing the customer the most recent exact location their shipment is available.
