How To Add EcoCoolPacks To An Order:
SKU to Order Configure ECOCOOLPACK as your coolpack SKU across all systems that support your order flow (eCommerce, Compliance, Fulfillment). Weather Hold Dunnage Assignment You can use our Weather Hold feature to hold orders by state and add ECOCOOLPACK bricks by state. When configuring your Weather Hold, you can choose to have the order pass through, add the ECOCOOLPACK SKU, and continue releasing to the warehouse to ship right away, or configure it to add the ECOCOOLPACK and hold the state’s orders until you determine they are clear to release.

- EcoCoolPacks are not compatible with multiple large-format bottles or gift sets (GSETS) at this time. We are currently working to provide a solution for gift boxes.
- Please provide advance notice when submitting more than 50 EcoCoolPack orders
- We recommend using a 2-Day carrier service when the customer cannot be reached in 48 hours via Ground Service
