New Clients: If you are a new client, the Onboarding team and your Account Manager will provide you with the API credentials for the integration.  Existing Clients: If you are an existing client and just connecting Vinoshipper with your WineDirect Fulfillment account, let your Account Manager know, and we’ll generate the necessary API credentials.

How to Set Up the Integration

  1. Connect with your WineDirect Fulfillment Account Manager to obtain your API credentials, which include:
    1. Username
    2. Password
    3. Account Number
    4. Warehouse name, code & address
    5. Shipping Codes (POS Codes)
  2. Connect with your Vinoshipper team to provide the WineDirect Fulfillment API credentials.
    1. If you are using Vinoshipper to originate orders, include your WineDirect Fulfillment rate card for quick and easy shipping rate setup by the Vinoshipper team.
  3. Both Client Success teams will support you through integration and testing for a smooth integration process.
