Ribbon Options
WineDirect Fulfillment offers two ribbon options. Both include one color print on standard ribbon size and color options. The winery determines application and WineDirect Fulfillment provides the ribbon and printing, billed based on use.- Ribbon colors: Champagne, Black, White, Merlot
- Print colors: Black, Bronze, White, Matte Silver
Option 1: On the Fly
Purchase printed spools to be used on the fly. Billed as a one-time spool cost plus a $3 VAS fee per container. Each spool is about 48-52 yards and covers an average of 30 gift boxes, depending on the gift box size.

Option 2: Project Based
Ribbon applied for a specific project, billed per unit. No VAS fee and no additional labor for ribbon only application. Project fees apply when additional kitting or VAS components are requested.Lead time: Custom ribbon printing requires 2 weeks for West Coast warehouses and 3 weeks for GLW, beginning once the order request and artwork have been received and approved. Once printed spools are stocked at the warehouse, ribbon can be applied on demand through our On the Fly program.Talk to your Account Manager to get started today!
