Learn how to view and manage shipment notification emails sent to customers. Originally titled the _Shipment Notification Lo_g, the Emails Sent Report displays all notification emails sent to consumers about their shipments based on the templates you created in your template editor. These notifications currently include:
  • Shipment
  • Exception
  • Out For Delivery
  • Available For Pickup
To display the log, follow the steps listed below.
  1. Choose the account to display the emails sent to consumers
  2. Choose the Status of the types of email receipts you wish to populate:
    1. Success: emails that have been successfully sent to the email address on the order of the consumer
    2. Failed: emails that have failed to be sent to the email address on the order of the consumer
  3. Notification Type: choose one of the below or “All” to include all options in your search range
    1. Shipment: emails sent when the order is shipped
    2. Exception: emails sent when the carrier has triggered an exception with the package
    3. Out For Delivery (New!): emails sent when the package is out for delivery to the consumer
    4. Available For Pickup (New!): emails are sent when the package is at a carrier-approved collection site (address to be provided within email)
  4. Choose the date range
  5. Click Search
You will get an exportable document that shows:
  • The current account
  • WDF Order Number
  • Client Order Number
  • Order Type
  • Carrier Name
  • Tracking information
  • Ship Date
  • Recipient Customer
  • Notification and Message Status
The 3-Dot menu on the right lets you view or resend the email sent to the consumer. The Notification Status indicates whether the email was sent successfully.
