Line haul service to southern destination states resumes with orders due the first week of February and insertion the second week of February. Our route to Ohio is open year-round.
To protect your wine from extreme temperatures without the expense of air shipping, you can leverage our refrigerated linehaul services to facilitate shipments to the Midwest and East Coast. You pick your preferred common carrier (UPS or FedEx), and we map the route based on the destination state. Your shipments will depart our temperature-controlled warehouses, travel the middle mile on our refrigerated trucks, and arrive at our destination hubs for ice insertion (if requested) before being passed to the carrier for shorter transit times. Weight-based fulfillment rates are calculated using the origin facility.
$3.00 surcharge per UPS or FedEx package applies.
NOTE: Please use carrier code CST8 for UPS and CST9 for FedEx. Orders without these codes will NOT be loaded onto the temperature-controlled truck. Bi-Coastal Clients! You can now take advantage of temp control with your warehouse split. Submit temp control orders, and we’ll pick and pack from your West Coast warehouse and GLW, saving you time and costs with two points of origin.
