How It Works:

  1. Assign Arrive55 as your carrier with shipping code ‘A55’ when processing orders for shipping. If you already have orders in our Fulfillment portal, you can use the bulk update tool to switch multiple orders to the Arrive55 carrier service.
  2. 55° transport will be coordinated, and orders will be collected from your WineDirect Fulfillment facility.
  3. Tracking information is produced from Arrive55 and sent directly to you.
  4. Your customers will receive a notification regarding details of their delivery, including the anticipated date and time of delivery.
  5. A proof of delivery will be captured and can be provided to you upon request

Orders Shipping via Arrive55 Are Due:

  • Central Coast - Mondays @ 1:00 pm PST with no order holds and will ship weekly on Fridays.
  • Napa Valley - Wednesdays @ 1:00 pm PST with no order holds and will ship weekly on Fridays.
  • Willamette Valley - Mondays @ 1:00 pm PST with no order holds and will ship weekly on Fridays.
During low-volume times, delivery windows can be extended up to 30 days as the carrier accumulates shipments to a specific destination area. Regardless of volume, orders will be delivered no later than the 30-day mark as arranged by Arrive55 and the recipient. Please note that A55 is not a shipping carrier option offered by our Glenwillow, Ohio facility.
