Since your packages will be kept in temperature-controlled conditions throughout their transit to your customer’s doorstep, there’s no need to SKU EcoCoolPacks on your order! Plus, our partnership means you’ll benefit from competitive rates, with a flat per-container fee of:
  • $90 per package (container) for Arizona markets
  • $95 per package (container) for Texas markets
  • **$105 per package (container) for Florida and North Carolina markets **

How It Works:

  1. Shipping labels can be downloaded from the Arrive55 tracking system or can be directly downloaded to your WineDirect Fulfillment facility.
  2. 55° transport will be coordinated, and orders will be collected from your WineDirect Fulfillment facility.
  3. Tracking information is produced from Arrive55 and sent directly to you.
  4. Your customers will receive a notification regarding details of their delivery, including the anticipated date and time of delivery.
  5. A proof of delivery will be captured and can be provided to you upon request

Orders Shipping via Arrive55 Are Due:

  • Central Coast - Thursdays @ 1:00 pm PST with no order holds and will ship weekly on Fridays.
  • Napa Valley - Thursdays @ 1:00 pm PST with no order holds and will ship weekly on Fridays.
  • Willamette Valley - Mondays @ 1:00 pm PST with no order holds and will ship weekly on Tuesdays.
During low-volume times, delivery windows can be extended up to 30 days as the carrier accumulates shipments to a specific destination area. Regardless of volume, orders will be delivered no later than the 30-day mark as arranged by Arrive55 and the recipient. Please note that V55 is not a shipping carrier option offered by our Glenwillow, Ohio facility.
