This premium concierge-style service will be available for your customers in over 9,000 zip codes in 19 different states. As your packages will be kept in temperature-controlled conditions throughout their entire transit to your customer’s doorstep, there’s no need for EcoCoolPacks to be SKU’d on your order! Orders shipping via VineVault are due:

  • Central Coast (PSO/SMA) - Mondays @ 1:00pm PST with no holds
  • Napa Valley (WDI) - Thursdays @ 1:00pm PST with no order holds
  • Willamette Valley (SHW) - Mondays @ 1:00pm PST with no order holds
During low volume times, delivery windows can be extended past 30 days as the carrier accumulates shipments to a specific destination area. Regardless of volume, orders will be delivered no later than the 30-day mark or as arranged by VineVault and the recipient. Please note VVR is not a shipping carrier option offered by our Glenwillow, Ohio facility
